Notice of Public Hearings- Rezones- October 12, 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Land and Water Resources Committee will hold public hearings on 10/12/2026 at the Oconto County Courthouse, Building A, Third Floor, Room 3041, on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.
APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:30 for Robert & Kathleen Zahn, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 3, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce. 8412 Hoffman Rd.
APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following application no. 1 for Ray Morrissey, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 35, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce. S. Porcupine Lake Rd.
APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following application no. 2 for Paul & Carol Sadowsky, Steven & Sally Sadowsky, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 7, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau. 9559 Swenty Rd.
APPLICATION NO. 4 immediately following application no. 3 for Nathan & Jennifer Genke, to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 8, T32N, R16E, Town of Riverview. N. Maiden Lake Rd.
APPLICATION NO. 5 immediately following application no. 4 for Michael & Karri Radke, to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 9, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan. 8722 Morgan River Rd.
Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezoning’s are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
